At K-Byte, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. Please review our Refund Policy to understand the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
No Refund Policy
Payments made for our services are generally non-refundable. Since our services are tailored and customized, we do not offer refunds unless specific conditions outlined below are met.
Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be issued if K-Byte fails to deliver services as outlined in the agreed Service Agreement, or if the service is stopped or interrupted due to a fault on our end.
Refund Process

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the service delivery failure or termination.

Refunds will be processed for the specific month or service period during which the failure occurred.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used, and processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
Trial Period
For services with a trial period (such as Digital Marketing or Website Development services), clients can apply for a refund after the trial period ends if they are dissatisfied. If no refund is requested, the client will be billed for the remaining amount as agreed.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Client dissatisfaction with completed work not caused by a breach of the service agreement.

Delays or interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including third-party providers.
